How do we plasticize metal?

In our production, we perform surface protection of metals through powder coating.

The process of powder coating protection consists of several procedural steps: chemical cleaning, drying, powder application, and curing in an oven. The protection process is completed by polymerizing in the oven at approximately 200°C.

Process requirements such as temperature and polymerization time are fully regulated and controlled. We are able to control the quality of the protective coating by measuring the thickness of the coating, adhesion strength, and color shade using a spectrometer. The maximum size of the assembly for coating is 4000x2200x1500mm.

What are the advantages of electrostatic powder coating compared to traditional painting?

Electrostatic powder coating is a process that offers numerous advantages over traditional spray painting.

Structures coated with powder have excellent appearance, strong adhesion, and mechanical strength, as well as resistance to corrosion and abrasion. Additionally, the curing time is short, the process is straightforward, and the technical requirements for workers are low, resulting in cost savings.

Furthermore, electrostatic powder coating enables fast development, various coating effects, and resistance to high temperatures, weather conditions, acids, and UV rays.
